The project encompassed a full spectrum of research activities, beginning with the development of a tailored survey proposal outlining the project's objectives, methodology, and timelines. Indepth Research Institute then designed a comprehensive questionnaire to capture client feedback across key areas of Green Gain Consultants' service delivery. Data collection involved a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both online surveys for broader reach and targeted phone interviews for more in-depth qualitative feedback. Rigorous analysis was conducted to identify key trends and areas of strength and weakness. The project culminated in a detailed report presenting the survey findings, along with strategic recommendations for Green Gain Consultants to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. These recommendations focused on improving communication and responsiveness, particularly within the property management division, and enhancing the client experience during the property valuation process.
