Health Rights Advocacy Forum (HERAF) is a national non-governmental organization that transform health system through strengthened 'voice' and accountability.
Our team partnered with the Health Rights Advocacy Forum (HERAF), a national NGO focused on transforming health systems through strengthened 'voice' and accountability. The goal of this project was to design and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Information Management System (M&E IMS) to track and improve HERAF’s health rights advocacy efforts.
Working closely with HERAF’s leadership, local health professionals, and key stakeholders, we developed a robust, user-friendly system capable of efficiently managing data, tracking health sector reforms, and evaluating the impact of HERAF’s advocacy programs. The M&E IMS was designed to provide real-time data and actionable insights that would inform decision-making, promote accountability, and enhance HERAF’s ability to engage with both government and civil society partners.
Leveraging lessons learned from our, our team implemented cutting-edge data collection technologies and rigorous analytical techniques. The system was tailored to meet the specific needs of HERAF, ensuring it was inclusive, reliable, and scalable. The M&E IMS will empower HERAF to monitor the progress of health sector reforms, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and provide transparent, evidence-based reporting to stakeholders.
This project will not only strengthen HERAF’s advocacy for better health outcomes but also help establish stronger, data-driven partnerships with government agencies and other organizations working to improve health rights and systems across the nation.
